This notice explains how AIREA handles information submitted through the Join the pilot form.
Information the form collects
The form collects your full name, work email, and organization. You may also provide your role or title and a message. It records a submission identifier, the page path, and, when present, campaign source, medium, and campaign values from the page link.
How the information is used
AIREA uses the information to review your pilot inquiry, contact you about that request, and coordinate appropriate next steps. Submitting the form does not sign you up for a newsletter or general marketing emails.
What not to submit
Please do not include passwords, personal records, confidential company data, or other sensitive information in the message field.
